It’s YOUR birthday too?!

I was looking through my old versions of beakatude along with my old geocities site and the pita site. My have things changed. I also ran across some old blogs that I wrote back when nothing was automated. Since I put so much work into them before I thought I’d archive them into Blogger. It starts all the way back in August of 2004. I can’t believe it’s been over a year.

In other news, birthday plans are getting a bit complicated. If you’re free on Saturday, September 24th, plan on meeting us somewhere in LA or Long Beach for some happy birthday fun. Apparently there will be multiple birthday boys and girls celebrating. I’ll keep you posted.

After much resistance, b/c I was thought that I wasn’t going to write very much, I’ve decided to update my index. Jes, my biggest critic, suggested that I expand the blog section of my “home” page so that he doesn’t have to do the “double scrolly goodness” to read past blogs. So…welcome to the new format! You’ll also find some links on the right side that may be of interest to you. Enjoy!

Welcome to beakatude

With the handy dandiness of ofoto.com, I haven’t felt the need to update my old site. But each summer, I get the “bug” to redo my personal website so here I am! I’m going for simple this time with less extra stuff…just don’t have the time anymore. Welcome to beakatude version 2…

a sigh of relief

The test is over! I took it on Saturday and boy do I feel relieved! Let me tell you, February wasn’t a very fun month…too much stress for Nina. Well, now it’s all out of my hands and I’ll just have to wait for the results in early April. Cross your fingers!!

On the work front, things are getting better. Kids are being seen, reports are being written, and I have 4 IEPs to attend this month so far!

I’m thinking of creating a version 2.0 to this site but I’m not sure if it’s more trouble than it’s worth. Jes just got his Linux server up and running so we’ll be building PITA 6.0 off of it soon. I just wish I had more time to play on my computer. As much as I would like to, I just can’t leave work at work.
