Breakfast Time
On Saturday morning, I made Hawaiian Bread French Toast. King’s Hawaiian started selling their bread by the loaf and it’s perfect for french toast!!! Yum yum!
On Sunday morning, I wanted to make breakfast but we only had 3 eggs. So, I pulled together some bacon, half an onion, and some frozen hashbrowns for the bottom of the pan.
Then I scrambled the three eggs with some milk and poured it into the pan. Once I topped it with cheese, it was covered and cooked on low heat.
Here is the final product. We have a breakfast pizza! I also put some fresh tomato on top for a little extra texture and sweetness.
It was pretty tasty and the hashbrown crust didn’t stick to the pan. I also used up the rest of our eggs and cheese in the fridge. Woot.
