There you have it ladies and gentlemen, my second finished knitting project. I call it the Super Duper Stripey Coaster! It’s a variation from Project 1: The Super Duper Coaster except I had to learn how to start a different colored yarn…more complicated than it sounds. Yes, it’s a little crooked and the stripe isn’t really very even but I made this with my own two hands and will use it with pride!

You too can have your very own if you give me a little time to let my fingers recover from his fiasco. Ah, this renegade Hobby #2 is really kicking butt. There’s so much you can do with a garter stitch (i.e. coasters, bookmarks, dishrags, scarves, etc.)…the possibilities are endless!
